The 9502C‑S34‑T Snap Caps feature a 1.0 mm thick silicone/PTFE septa with a Y‑shape pre‑slit design. This configuration increases the available needle strike area, allowing easier alignment and reduced penetration resistance. The thicker septa also provides improved sealing performance compared to many standard pre‑slit designs.
